Let's work on one little thing, because often the one little thing turns into two little things. We build momentum that way - whatever you perceive to be success. We want you further toward where you would like to be, instead of always looking back. (Spoiler: Sometimes it's as simple as a language shift.)

I’m Linda Robertson

 

I've been a qualified counsellor since 2010, and working in the mental health area even longer.

I have a tonne of experience in providing all sorts of counselling support.

I’ve worked at Victoria University as a Counsellor and in leadership as the Clinical Lead.

 

Counsellor/Therapy Approach:

I remain client-focused throughout our sessions. But I have lots of training in different modalities that I may weave in to our sessions:

  • Person-Centred Therapy

  • Solution Focused Brief Therapy

  • Narrative Therapy

  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

Registrations & Professional Memberships:

Member of the NZ Association of Counsellors (MNZAC)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Counselling

  • Postgraduate Diploma of Professional Supervision

  • Graduate Diploma of Arts (Psychology)

  • Bachelor of Commerce and Administration (HR and Management)
